Includes up to four considered email responses from Noriqo each month. Replies are normally provided within two working days. Unused responses do not roll over.

Focused, hands-on support when you need experienced capacity for a defined block of time. This could include working through a commercial or operational issue, staffing or recruitment, suppliers, processes, research, communications, project work or simply taking agreed tasks off your plate and helping get them done. Available remotely, hybrid or in person where agreed.

Dedicated commercial and operational support for a full day or agreed period within your business. I can work alongside you or in the background, taking responsibility for agreed work, helping resolve operational issues, progressing projects and turning decisions into action.

Reserved senior commercial and operational capacity for directors and business owners who need experienced support without necessarily adding another permanent employee.

Each retainer is tailored around what the business actually needs and can include agreed hands-on support, regular access for decisions and problem-solving, staffing and recruitment, suppliers, processes and systems, research, communications, projects, costs and cashflow, or responsibility for agreed pieces of work.

Time can be reserved each week or month, giving you reliable access to experienced support while keeping the structure flexible as your business changes.

Retainers are scoped and agreed individually. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
