Why I created Noriqo
Business experience
Having run companies as a sole director, I understand the pressure of being responsible for every decision. When the final responsibility rests with you, even experienced and capable business owners can benefit from having someone independent to share the load, test decisions and maintain perspective.
Noriqo is not only for times of crisis. Sometimes you simply need a confidential sounding board to talk through an idea, test a decision, organise your thoughts, regain perspective or stay accountable as you move forward.
In those moments, you do not need judgement or another person telling you what you should have done. You need someone calm, discreet and practical who will stay with the problem, help organise what is happening and turn it into manageable next steps.
That is why I created Noriqo: to provide the steady, confidential support that is often missing before pressure becomes overwhelm, through periods of change and when life, business or both become particularly difficult.
Lived experience
Noriqo was founded by Zoe Jackson after years of navigating personal loss, relationship breakdown, police and court processes, financial and housing pressure, losing a company after being deceived, recovery and rebuilding all while raising a child alone and keeping everyday life moving.
I know what it feels like to lose the life, security, relationships and future you thought you had, and to rebuild every aspect of life from scratch.
I also know what it feels like when the people you expected to stay step away, leaving you to carry the practical and emotional weight alone.
You won’t be left to navigate the difficult parts alone. Noriqo offers steady, practical support through setbacks, uncertainty and change.
Noriqo in practice
Supporting a business through pressure and into its next stage
A North West SME first worked with Zoe during a particularly difficult period for the business, with several financial and operational pressures needing attention at the same time.
Noriqo helped bring structure to the situation, improve visibility around cashflow, prioritise problem debts and support discussions around manageable payment arrangements. The focus was practical: working out what needed dealing with first, what could realistically be paid and when, and helping to keep important actions moving.
As the business moved forward, the directors chose to retain Noriqo for ongoing support.
Today, Noriqo provides regular hands on support, takes ownership of agreed priorities and completes additional work remotely where appropriate. This frees up the directors to concentrate on running and rebuilding the business, while knowing that important work is being progressed.
