Who we are

Noriqo Ltd provides practical support to individuals, directors and business owners. Noriqo Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Company number: 17367006
Registered office: 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX
Email: hello@noriqo.co

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, booking details, communications, service requirements, invoices, payment status and information you choose to share during an enquiry or while receiving support.

This may include information about personal circumstances, relationships, business matters, court proceedings, finances, physical or mental health, recovery or other sensitive matters. Please share only information that is relevant and necessary.

We may also receive limited technical information when you use the website, including device, browser and cookie information.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries;
• arrange and manage appointments;
• provide the support you have requested;
• communicate with you;
• process payments and issue receipts or invoices;
• maintain appropriate business and financial records;
• protect our services and resolve complaints or disputes;
• comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Our lawful bases

We generally use your information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, to provide services under our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations or for Noriqo’s legitimate business interests.

Where consent is required, such as for optional marketing, you may withdraw it at any time.

Some information, including information about physical or mental health, is special-category data. Where it is necessary to use this information, Noriqo will ask for explicit consent or identify another lawful condition before using it.

Payments and service providers

Appointments and website services may be provided through GoDaddy. Payments may be processed by Stripe, and online meetings may be provided through Zoom. Noriqo may also use Microsoft 365 for email and document administration and Monzo for business banking.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services. Noriqo does not normally see or store your complete payment-card details.

We may also share information with accountants, insurers, legal advisers, regulators or public authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Information about other people

You may sometimes provide information about family members, employees, colleagues or other people connected with your circumstances. Please share only what is necessary and ensure that you are entitled to provide it.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, Noriqo will use providers offering legally recognised safeguards for international data transfers.

How long we keep information

General enquiries that do not become client matters will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last contact.

Brief support or working notes will normally be retained for no longer than 24 months after the final session, unless there is a legal, safeguarding, insurance or complaint-related reason to keep them longer.

Contracts, appointment records, invoices and accounting information may be retained for up to six years, or longer where required by law.

Marketing information will be retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Security and confidentiality

Noriqo takes reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information and restrict access to those who genuinely need it. However, no email, online meeting or internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, request transfer of information and withdraw consent.

To exercise your rights or raise a concern, email hello@noriqo.co.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, please contact Noriqo first so the matter can be investigated. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

The website may use essential cookies needed for it to function. Optional analytics or marketing cookies will only be used where permitted. Further information will be provided through the website’s cookie settings or cookie notice.

Automated decisions

Noriqo does not use personal information to make decisions about clients solely through automated processing.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Noriqo’s services, systems or legal responsibilities change. The latest version will always be displayed on this website.
